Plastic Grinding Commercially available plastics are heat sensitive which, mean that they deform  when  subjected to heat. The  plastic property generally mean that the material can have  permanent    deformation or change of shape. In simple words if a plastic granule is hit by grinding element, it becomes flat without becoming powder. So, to grind plastic material substantial care is be taken. The grinding can be done predominantly by shear and essentially under cool condition.

Cool grinding chamber because of large Air Flow The main equipment does not contain any screen, which avoids choking and excess heat generation. The out put product is graded by suitable GYRO screen and oversized particles are automatically feed for regrinding. It is to be noted that the particle which is sent for regrinding is cooled by the time it is subject to second grinding ensuring that the particle retains original properties. Suitable structural platform is supplied for ease of operation. Electrical panel , Air lock valve is provided as optional equipment.
